My Mission
I want to assist the WPMU Dev team with their product development so that they could truly become the one-stop solution for all things WordPress. They already kind of have everything, but what I really mean is illustrated in the following picture:

*The 2X doesn’t mean I am a superhuman who can magically double their your revenue. It means that if I fit in perfectly with your team and learn the ropes quickly, I could prove to be 2X better than most others out there for you!
How I Could Help WPMU Dev
I have a proactive problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail as demonstrated here for the plugin Forminator Forms.
Now I may only know the basics of tools like Google Analytics, but I am a very quick learner and I would try my best to adapt and learn quickly by following courses and implementing them on my own websites.
I lack experience in managing WordPress plugin development teams, but as I mentioned before, I am ready to roll up my sleeves and quickly learn the ropes. I am confident I can manage such teams. After all, teams are made up of people, and I can manage people.
A Little About Me
I am based in India. I am 35 years old. I am the founder of Purico and instabiz.
Purico is an eCommerce-only brand that aims to deliver local foods globally. instabiz offers productised-websites and add-ons (like domains, hosting, etc.). It’s been only a few months since I started work on the 2 projects; so there aren’t any strong numbers to show for them.
Before these, I had been freelancing for most of my career by being a WordPress generalist.
And if you would like to know even more about me, you could visit my website. Thank you!
Questions You May Have About Me
Q1) If I already have Purico and instabiz, why am I planning to join WPMU Dev? Why wouldn’t I continue with the aforementioned projects?
Firstly, I am not abandoning my projects; I want to continue working on them. However, I won’t have an active day-to-day role. I plan to outsource them completely, with only my creative supervision overseeing them from time to time. Secondly, my good friend Nebu John works in your company and has ONLY good things to say about you guys. Plus, my profile of being a jack-of-all-trades with WordPress makes me believe that I could be a good fit here at WPMU Dev!
Q2) Would there be a conflict of interest since instabiz is in the same industry as WPMU Dev?
That’s what anyone would naturally think. But to be honest with you, my heart is not with instabiz as far as its day-to-day operations are concerned. That is what I want to outsource. (I am passionate about Purico though; I do want to make local foods globally available.)
And you know what sounds good? The idea that if I am able to make instabiz work (all outsourced, of course!), I would bundle WPMU Dev (x Leo) into the former’s products & services to the thousands of prospects.
Q3) Make instabiz work? So that would be my priority?
Not at all! It would be WPMU Dev one hundred percent!
